Berkeley-Oakland Midrasha provides Jewish learning to 8th-12th grade students in Alameda and western Contra Costa counties in a supplementary setting. It offers a broad range of dynamic educational opportunities - formal and informal - designed to support a diverse community. Classes run the gamut of Jewish topics - from social justice and art to Talmud and philosophy to Jewish music, food, and media. All our programs take place in the context of a loving safe space for teens.

Teens take two classes (a grade level "core" class + an elective) and take part in other campus programming. Classes encourage personal engagement with Jewish identity, ethics, culture, and thought.
